Endophthalmitis after cataract surgery

Interventions

1-day group:One group receive topical 0.5% levofloxacin eyedrops six times a day for 1 day
2-day group:One group receive topical 0.5% levofloxacin eyedrops four times a day for 2 days
3-day group:One group receive topical 0.5% levofloxacin eyedrops four times a day for 3 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 723 cases of senile cataract undergoing phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from 2021 to 2022 are inlcuding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who had used antibiotics locally or systematically within 6 months; 2. Allergic to any component of the study drug; 3. Combined with lacrimal duct obstruction, glaucoma, blepharoplasty, inverted eyelashes and other eye diseases; 4. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Systemic or other drugs that affect the efficacy evaluation.
