18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric adenocarcinoma or adenocarcinoma of gastroesophageal junction confirmed by histology or cytology; 2. Patients with stage III and potentially resectable stage IV before treatment; 3. They were 18-75 years old; 4. Karnofsky score >= 70; 5. The expected survival time was more than 3 months; 6. Follow up is possible; 7. The heart function, liver and kidney function and Hemogram were normal; 8. Informed consent signed by patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe active infection or severe heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 2. The patient had no measurable or evaluable lesions; 3. Patients who were considered unresectable by MDT and had no possibility of transformation; 4. Poor compliance; 5. Those who had received other anti-tumor therapy at the time of initial diagnosis.
