Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were over 18 years old and suspected to have gastric mucosal lesions (intestinal metaplasia, low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (including mild and moderate dysplasia), high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (including severe dysplasia) and intramucosal invasive tumor) under white light endoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are taking antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants are not suitable for endoscopic biopsy. 2. Patients with digestive tract obstruction, perforation or after gastrectomy. 3. Patients complicated with gastric bleeding and affecting staining. 4. Allergic to acetic acid, indigo carmine or narcotic drugs.
