18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective hysteroscopy, grade ASA I-II; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. BMI 20-24 kg/m2; 4. Normal communication; 5. Voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory diseases, such as severe coronary heart disease and COPD; 2. Diseases of the endocrine system, such as pituitary tumor, severe diabetes, hypercortisolism, pheochromocytoma; 3. Mental and psychological diseases, such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic drug use, history of alcohol abuse, opioid dependence; 4. History of allergy to anesthetic drugs.
