Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-85, weighing 50-100kg; 2. Subjects with body mass index of 18-40kg / m2; 3. Patients with rheumatoid / osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to any of the drugs studied; 2. Subjects in chronic pain state; 3. Patients with severe peripheral neuropathy.
