65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 65-90 years; 2. Subjects with ASA status I-III undergoing elective total hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any allergy or contraindication to hydroxyethyl starch (HES) or succinyl gelatin solution; 2. Previous renal failure; 3. Subjects with evidence of coagulation or platelet dysfunction; 4. Patients with infection and malignant tumor; 5. Patients with sepsis; 6. Patients with history of heart failure; 7. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage; 8. Patients taking NSAIDs for a long time.
