Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the criteria for diagnosis of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria: abnormal coagulation function, infection of puncture site, intervertebral disc herniation, spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, severe heart, lung disease, hepatorenal insufficiency, severe digestive tract disease, mental illness, illiteracy, mild vertebral compression fracture with VAS = 3, grade less than 50 years old and more than 2 responsible vertebrae. 2.Exclusion criteria: pain department hospitalization time less than 7 days, loss of follow-up after discharge, automatic departure, serious complications during hospitalization (malignant arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, local anesthetic poisoning, drug allergy, bone cement leakage, etc.), those who were assessed to need surgical operation, and those who refused the experiment. 3.Loss of follow-up criteria: those who left the hospital automatically and had no telephone contact, refused telephone followers, and could not accept followers due to death or other factors of force majeure during the follow-up period.
