Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Mechanically ventilated patients with pulmonary infections. 2.Age=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe arrhythmia;2. recent myocardial infarction;3.Suspected aortic aneurysm;4.Main tracheal stenosis;5.Apparent bleeding tendency;6.Severe pulmonary hypertension;7.SARDS;8. severe hypotension;9.A clear diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis.
