The distance between acromion and humeral head is less than 7mm
Rotator cuff muscle atrophy > grade II, or muscle fat infiltration >= grade III.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as MRCT, and plan to perform rotator cuff suture under arthroscopy in our department. MRCT diagnosing criteria(meeting one of the following two): 1) The tear range is more than 5cm; 2) At least 2 tendons are completely torn.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed as rotator cuff injury arthropathy; Combined with shoulder instability\tumor\fracture\joint adhesion, and deltoid dysfunction due to axillary nerve injury.
