Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as MRCT, and plan to perform rotator cuff suture under arthroscopy in our department. MRCT diagnosing criteria(meeting one of the following two): 1) The tear range is more than 5cm; 2) At least 2 tendons are completely torn.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed as rotator cuff injury arthropathy; Combined with shoulder instability\tumor\fracture\joint adhesion, and deltoid dysfunction due to axillary nerve injury.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the elastic modulus of bilateral rotator cuff tendon muscle complex;SEN, SPE, ACC, AUC of ROC;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the distance between acromion and humeral head;clinical function of the shoulder joint (range of motion, muscle strength, ASES score, VAS score);the extent of rotator cuff tear, tendon retraction (Patte grade), rotator cuff muscle fat infiltration (Goutallier grade), and the degree of rotator cuff muscle atrophy (Thomazeau grade);tendon tension when completly reduction;condition of tendon (as:unable to repair / insertion moved in / partial repair);tendon healing (Sugaya classification) and re-tear (type I / II), rotator cuff muscle fat infiltration grade (Goutallier classification), degree of rotator cuff muscle atrophy (Thomazeau classification);
