Trial group:PTCY (total 60mg / kg, + 3 days and +4 days 30mg / kg) + CSA + MMF

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14-65 years; 2. hematologic malignancies in the standard-risk group (defined as acute leukemia in first complete remission; chronic myelogenous leukemia in the chronic phase and myelodysplastic syndrome); 3. having an HLA-matched sibling donor; 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance score =50%, blood bilirubin <=35 umol/L, AST/ALT < 2 ULN, serum creatinine <=130 umol/L, and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled serious infection before transplantation; 2. Serious allergy to cyclophosphamide; 3. Transplantation from an unrelated donor or haploidentical donor; 4. Participating in other clinical trial; 5. History of HSCT; 6. Other reasons which unmet inclusion criteria.
