Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed, Han nationality, aged between 18 and 25 years, voluntarily consented to participate in the imaging study with informed consent, and signed the informed consent. 2. Smokers should meet the DSM-V criteria for tobacco use addiction and have tried to quit smoking for no more than 3 months in the last 1 year. 3. No other drug addiction confirmed by examination or heavy drinking more than once a week. 4. Neither subject nor first-degree relatives have any neurological diseases or previous medical history affecting brain function. 5. Have not taken psychotropic drugs in the past three months, and have not taken vasoactive drugs in the past two weeks. 6. No metal implants in the body, no fMRI contraindication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of craniocerebral trauma, mental retardation, combined with mental disorders (such as epilepsy, etc.) or chronic pain diseases, and patients who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment; 2. Complicated with cancer, heart, liver, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactation women, allergic constitution and allergic to a variety of drugs; 4. Magnetic resonance examination by the imaging doctors found that the brain organic occupancy, highlighting signals or other structural abnormalities; 5. Possible poor compliance and difficult to follow; 6. Claustrophobia.
