18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-II; 2.18-65 years old ; 3.Duration of operation 0.5-4h; 4.BMI 18.5-23.9kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smoking; 2.Patients with preoperative communication difficulties or refuse; 3.History of laryngopharyngeal surgery,laryngopharyngeal tumor,chronic pharyngitis, history of laryngopharyngeal radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.Patients with pre-existing hoarse, expected difficult airway, placement of nasogastric tube, and upper respiratory tract infection; 5.Hepatic and renal function is poor and hepatic blood flow is decreased obviously; 6.Pregnant and lactating women; 7.Arrhythmia and allergy to lidocaine.
