18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) a history of hyperuricemia (serum uric acid level > 420umol/L in men and postmenopausal women, and > 360umol/L in premenopausal women) for at least 5 years;With or without gout attacks; 2) Renal biopsy pathology with or without renal puncture indicated renal tubular interstitial injury; 3) Aged between 18 and 75; 4) 15 ml/min / 1.73 m2 < eGFR < 90 ml/min / 1.73 m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complications: systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and other immune diseases; Severe infection; Malignant tumor; Active hepatitis B; Tuberculosis (TB).Kidney stones or hydronephrosis; Isolated kidney; Bleeding tendency and systemic failure; 2) Patients after kidney transplantation or dialysis; 3) Patients with diabetes mellitus.
