18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The course of disease was more than 3 months, and the diagnosis of chronic renal failure was clear; 2) The age ranges from 18 to 80 years old; 3) The subjects read and fully understood the informed consent and signed it.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Breast feeding, pregnancy; 2) Mental illness and other patients can not cooperate; 3) Patients who have received replacement therapy such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation; 4) Patients with malignant obesity or history of malignant obesity, acute central nervous system diseases; 5) There were chronic diarrhea, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and severe hemorrhoids; 6) Patients with severe infection (infection with fever, hypoxemia, hypercapnia); 7) Acidosis pH 140/90mmHg; 9) HbA1c > 7.5% in uncontrolled hyperglycemia; 10) BNP < 400 in patients with arrhythmia or heart failure; 11) Allergic constitution or allergic to a variety of drugs; 12) Alcoholics and drug addicts; 13) Participants in other drug experiments in recent 3 months; 14) Those who can't be followed up.
