Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who were scheduled for thoracoscopic lobectomy had no severe liver and kidney dysfunction, no bleeding and coagulation dysfunction, no nervous system and mental system diseases before operation, no use of drugs that may affect hemodynamics and other unauthorized drugs before operation, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe circulatory system diseases, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; preoperative use of drugs that may affect hemodynamics and other unauthorized; absolute and relative contraindications of esophageal ultrasound (esophageal stenosis, diverticulum, perforation, tumor; recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding, surgery; esophageal varices, esophageal hiatal hernia, etc.); language communication disorders; hearing, vision Patients with memory impairment; patients with mental illness and taking antipsychotic drugs before operation; patients with sedatives, anti anxiety drugs and sleeping pills before operation; patients with neurological diseases before operation, such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, dementia, etc.; history of alcohol abuse; patients without signing informed consent; patients with thoracoscopic surgery converted to open surgery; patients with accidents (including hemodynamic disorders) during operation.
