18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-80 years; 2. The operation time was more than 2 hours for the subjects who planned to undergo major abdominal surgery; 3. ASA I-III subjects; 4. Subjects with BMI < 30kg / m2; 5. Subjects who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with puncture site infection; 2. Subjects with history of local anesthetic allergy; 3. Subjects with deformity of spine or chest wall; 4. Subjects with a history of chronic pain and taking analgesics; 5. Subjects with severe liver and kidney diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases; 6. Patients who can't cooperate and can't express pain intensity through VAS score.
