Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Care for dementia patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of dementia in international classification of diseases (10th), ICD-10 and the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders, Fourth Edition, DSM-IV-TR; 2. They live and eat with the patients, are the main caregivers of the patients, or although they do not live with the patients, they take care of the patients for at least 4 hours a day, and are the main caregivers or financial supporters of the patients; 3. Take care of the patients for at least 3 months; 4. The subjects who voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent, and promise to actively cooperate to complete the questionnaire survey; 5. Subjects older than or equal to 18 years old.
