Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III patients aged 18-64 years, BMI <= 30kg / m2, scheduled to undergo painless gastroscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Shantou University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with allergic history of ketamine, propofol or albumin; 2. Subjects with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe arrhythmia and atrioventricular block; 4. Subjects with psychological problems or history of mental illness or central nervous system problems; 5. Patients treated with sedative hypnotics and / or analgesics for more than 3 months; 6. Patients with serious risk of elevated blood pressure, intracranial pressure and glaucoma; 7. Patients with hyperthyroidism who are under treated or untreated; 8. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
