Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II subjects, 3 months <= age <= 14 years old; 2. Patients who plan to undergo thoracoscopic surgery under one lung ventilation; 3. The subjects who knew the purpose and content of the study and signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks; 2. Subjects with severe lung disease before operation were transferred to open chest surgery; 3. Subjects with a history of congenital cardiopulmonary disease, asthma, etc.; 4. Patients with preoperative coagulation function; 5. Patients with clinically significant abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Subjects with SpO2 lower than 95% under the condition of preoperative air inhalation.
