Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The psoriasis patients jointly diagnosed by two doctors was based on the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis (2018 full version), regardless of gender and age. The diagnosis is mainly based on the characteristics of the rash, and also combined with the history, including the incidence, evolution and growth and decline, accompanying symptoms, treatment response, the past and family history has important reference value. If necessary, the diagnosis should be made with the help of dermoscopy, imaging technology and other auxiliary examinations. The pathological manifestations of skin tissue have important diagnostic value for the diagnosis of psoriasis. 2.There are typical lesions of psoriasis, including scaly erythema, wax drop phenomenon, membrane phenomenon, punctate hemorrhage (Auspitz sign) etc. 3.Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis and dyskeratosis, Munro micro abscess, thinning or disappearance of granular layer, thickening of spinous layer and prolongation of epidermal process. There was mild to moderate inflammatory cell infiltration in the upper dermis. The vessels in dermal papilla were distended and slightly thickened with the infiltration of histiocytes, lymphocytes and neutrophils. 4.Under the dermoscopy, spot blood vessels were evenly distributed on the red background, and white scales could be seen. Different vascular patterns, such as hairpin vessels, circular vessels or globular vessels, can be seen at different magnification. 5.Psoriatic arthritis has joint symptoms. The affected joints may show swelling, pain, morning stiffness and limited joint activity. X-ray findings included joint erosion, narrowing of joint space, disappearance of cartilage and osteolysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating women. 2. Cases with incomplete data were found after enrollment. 3. Other cases considered unsuitable by clinicians.
