65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 65 or above, regardless of gender; 2. Patients scheduled for noncardiac surgery; 3. Patients under general anesthesia; 4. ASA I - IV subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental history or using any antipsychotic drugs before operation; 2. Patients with cerebrovascular disease or sequelae of central system disease before operation; 3. Patients with history of alcohol or opioid abuse; 4. The subjects who refused or could not complete the assessment included uncorrected visual or hearing impairment (unable to see pictures or read or hear instructions); limited use of dominant hand (limited drawing ability); language impairment (limited retelling ability); and; 5. Subjects whose estimated operation time was less than 2 hours; 6. Subjects who participated in any other trial in the past 3 months.
