Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients aged from 2 to 14 years old who book colonoscopy in the Digestive Endoscopy Center of Shandong Maternal and Child Health Hospital are considered to be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastroparesis or gastric outlet obstruction; 2. Patients with severe colonic stenosis; 3. Patients with intestinal obstruction or perforation; 4. Patients with toxic megacolon; 5. Patients with severe chronic renal failure; 6. Subjects with electrolyte disorder; 7. Patients with dysphagia; 8. Patients with severe constipation (defecation frequency <= 1 time / week); 9. Patients with deficiency of hexaphosphate dehydrogenase; 10. Patients allergic to drug ingredients; 11. Patients with severe mental disorders.
