18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the indications of total intravenous anesthesia, 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: I or II. 3. Patients aged 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of smoking and drinking; 2. Subjects with abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney function; 3. Patients with mental system diseases or other diseases affecting propofol metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, endocrine dysfunction, etc.; 4. Subjects taking sedative hypnotic drugs for a long time and taking liver drug enzyme inducer or inhibitor within one month before operation.
