Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the indications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the 2014 edition of Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases; 2. The maximum diameter of the stone is less than 3.5cm; 3. Patients with stones located in the renal pelvis or calyces / upper ureter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infectious calculi confirmed by preoperative CT value, blood biochemical and inflammatory indexes or pyonephrosis confirmed by intraoperative puncture; 2. Patients with obvious surgical contraindications, such as severe cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency, liver insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, severe uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, severe uncontrolled hypoproteinemia, acid-base ion balance disorder; 3. Patients with incomplete postoperative follow-up data. 4. Patients with previous history of percutaneous nephrolithotomy or nephrolithotomy.
