Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses in clinical departments who need to contact patients directly in daily work; 2. Registered nurses with nurse practice certificate; 3. Subjects who have been engaged in clinical nursing for more than one year; 4. Subjects with informed consent participated in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses with history of mental illness, reemployment, retirement and further education; 2. Nurses who were not on duty during the survey, such as maternity leave, sick leave, vacation, etc.
