Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The incision type was class I surgical incision, and plastic surgery suture was performed on all of them. The length of postoperative body surface scar was > 4cm; (2) Aged 16-60 years; (3) No radiotherapy, pressure therapy and other adjuvant treatments were received at the surgical incision; (4) Not receiving any form of BTXA treatment within 6 months; (5) Signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other chronic systemic diseases; (2) Patients with history of keloid; (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Severe systemic diseases; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) patients who cannot tolerate surgery; (7) Other patients with contraindications to Botox A for injection; (8) Other circumstances deemed unsuitable for inclusion.
