Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients over 60 years old, regardless of gender, including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery needs patients with emergency surgery anesthesia, ASA class III and above, subject to consent by the patient and family to join the study and gain I got the status consent.

Exclusion criteria
