Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The first onset was over 60 years old; (2) According to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder; (3) HAMD (17 items) score: total score >= 17 points; (4) The total score of patient health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) was more than or equal to 10; (5) Primary school education or above, can understand the content of the scale; (6) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) was less than 26. (7) Obtain the written informed consent of the person or his/her family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) MMSE was positive; (2) The depression caused by other systemic diseases and brain organic diseases were excluded; (3) Previous history of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other neurological diseases were excluded; (4) The history of serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system and immune system were excluded; (5) The history of alcohol and morphine abuse was excluded; (6) Metal implants such as denture, artery clip, pacemaker or metal fixator were excluded.
