Monitoring group:According to the blood pressure variability and heart rate variability, the precise scheme of reducing blood pressure was adopted.

control group:According to the blood pressure and heart rate of the clinic, the corresponding plan of reducing blood pressure is adopted.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in China Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018; (2) Aged >= 18 years old; (3) Duration of onset less than one week; (4) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for hypertension; (5) Signing a written statement of information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious missing or incomplete medical records; (2) Consciousness disorder or severe aphasia unable to communicate; (3) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (4) Refuse to participate in this study.
