1 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged <= 18 years; (2) Patients were diagnosed with transfusion-dependent thalassemia, acute myeloid leukemia, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia; (3) First time recipient of myeloid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; (4) Signed the informed consent for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the consent for the use of discarded medical samples; (5) Signing the informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Accompanied with active infection before transplantation; (2) Leukemia secondary to immunodeficiency disease; (3) Second tumor, secondary transplantation.
