Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A) The preoperative pathological diagnosis was confirmed as rectal adenocarcinoma, with the lower margin of the tumor <= 7cm from the anal margin; B) Preoperative magnetic resonance staging CT3-4N1-2M0; C) The patient is 18-80 years old; D) The patient and/or the authorized family members understand and agree to complete neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, and sign the consent form; E) After neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, the patient was assessed as a clinical complete response by abdominal MRI, colonoscopy, digital rectal examination and intra-rectal ultrasound; F) The patient and/or the authorized family members should understand and choose the observation and waiting strategy or perform local surgical resection, and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A) Patients with perforation, obstruction, massive hemorrhage and other emergency diseases in the process of diagnosis and treatment; B) Distant metastasis is found during diagnosis and treatment; C) People with a history of mental illness; D) Those who cannot tolerate whole-course neoadjuvant radiotherapy or neoadjuvant radiotherapy or chemotherapy without standard.
