Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Premature babies admitted to the neonatal ward of Guilin Maternal and Child Health Hospital Care from July 2019 to December 2020. (1) Gestational age <= 34 weeks or birth weight <= 2000g; (2) Born in this hospital, or transferred from an outside hospital, and admitted to the neonatology department of this hospital within 48 hours after birth; (3) There is no clear indication for the parturient History of immunodeficiency and family history; (4) Family members informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe congenital malformations: including severe congenital heart disease (Tetralogy of Fallot, complete transposition of the great arteries, etc.); (2) Severe surgical diseases that require surgical treatment (diaphragmatic hernia, umbilical bulge, esophageal atresia) Etc.); (3) Congenital immunodeficiency or chromosomal disease, such as neonatal congenital leukemia; (4) Family members give up treatment.
