Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 depressive disorder and bipolar disorder;Patients with bipolar disorder are currently in a state of depression, and there is no mania or hypomania for nearly half a year; 2. Did not use any psychiatric drugs within 4 weeks before enrollment (use of psychiatric drugs prior to 4 weeks is allowed); 3. Aged 12-25; HAMD-17 score > 7 points; 4. Obtain written informed consent of the patient.Minors or incapacitated during the period of illness shall obtain the written informed consent of their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the dsm-iv axis I any other diagnostic standard; 2. Pregnant and claustrophobic 3. History of organic brain disease, brain injury or surgery; 4. Intolerance to major physical diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; 5. Received MECT treatment within 3 months; 6. Previous history of epileptic seizure; 7. Contraindications for MRI examination; 8. There are contraindications for TMS.
