Ultrasound guided pericapsular nerve group block:The patients receive ultrasound guided pericapsular nerve group block.
Ultrasound guided femoral nerve block:The patients receive ultrasound guided femoral nerve block.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hip fracture who are selected for the hip surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine will be recruited for this study.And they will be included if they are aged over 65 years old,the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I-III and the body mass index(BMI) 18-35kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they refuse to participate in the study,are allergies to analgesic drugs used in this study, have the psychiatric illness that would interfere with the perception and assessment of pain, have an infection near the block site, have a significant clinically neurological, cardiovascular, renal and hepatic diseases.
