Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with calcaneal fracture under spinal anesthesia were male and female, ASA grade I-II, aged 18-65 years. We have signed the informed consent and agreed to participate in this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of cardiovascular disease and infection; patients with history of spontaneous use of ropivacaine for 5 days; patients with history of cardiovascular disease and infection; patients with history of spontaneous use of ropivacaine for 5 days.
