Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) After CT/MRI examination, it meets the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke. There is no history of stroke or sequelae symptoms such as obvious movement limitation after the attack, and the course of the disease is 10 days to 1 year; (2) Aged from 30 to 80 years old, with only one limb dysfunction; (3) The patients motor dysfunction on one side of the limb, the holden walking scale grading >= 3, and the simple Fugl-Meyer score >= 56 (66 x 85%); (3) The patient has a clear consciousness, barrier-free cognition, stable vital signs, and can cooperate with the entire assessment and treatment; (4) Obtain the permission of patients and their families and sign informed consent before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unstable condition, advanced stroke or cerebral hemorrhage; (2) Existence of limb motor function limitation before the onset; (3) The physical condition is not suitable for participating in the research (such as severe heart and lung insufficiency or other primary diseases); (4) Severe cognitive or communication disorders, poor compliance or inability to cooperate with assessment and treatment; (5) Bilateral cerebral hemisphere injury. (6) Those with severe infection or severe complications (heart, lung, liver, kidney).
