Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia: 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. First onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Before admission, he/she had treatment history in other medical institutions; 2. Systemic infection related to incarcerated hernia had occurred; 3. ASA score above grade III; 4. Accompanied with acute other system diseases; 5. Congenital or acquired immune deficiency; 6. Total peritonitis; 7. The patient's family members and himself/herself did not agree to join the study; 8. Patients and their families are not willing to bear the necessary treatment expenses during hospitalization.
