Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-40 years. 2.The diagnosed criteria of PCOS: Oligo-oranovulation, irregular bleeding;clinical or biomedical hyperandrogenism; PCOM diagnosed by ultrasound;excluding other factors which could result in hyperandrogenism. 3.BMI:25-29.9kg/m2. 4.The level of vitamin D <30ng/ml. 5.Normal hepatic function and renal function. 6.The intake dose vitamin D from diet is less than 600IU/d. 7.Normal blood routine. 8.Assign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy or lactation; 2.Medical disesae; 3.Drug taking or alcohol addiction; 4.Smoking; 5.Abnormal hepatic or renal function.
