Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First unilateral ischemic stroke; 2. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness; 3. Aged 50 to 70 years; 4. 3~6 months after stroke; 5. Score 18-22 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA);No sensory aphasia, at least simple communication with others; 6. Can complete three months of rehabilitation training as required, and Signed informed consent by the patient or direct family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of multiple stroke; 2. The function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs decline or failure; 3. Severe cognitive and communication disorders; 4. Severe physical dysfunction and inability to move independently; 5. Severe cervical spondylosis includes severe cervical stenosis and cervical instability; 6. Internal carotid artery occlusion.
