Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who suffered from herpes zoster within 3months; 2. Thoracic herpes zoster; 3. Aged older than 50 years; 4. The daily average VAS was >= 5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled severe hypertension, heart disease, etc., unable to tolerate surgery; 2. Coagulation disorders; 3. Puncture site infection; 4. Patients with mental handicap; 5. Severe bone hyperplasia, compression fractures, scoliosis, or other diseases that affect the normal shape of the spine.
