Group 1:In the first cycle, use progesterone intramuscularly, and in the second cycle, use dydrogesterone
Group 2:Dydrogesterone is used in the first cycle, and progesterone is injected intramuscularly in the second cycle

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged = 8mm during periovulation; volunteer to join this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: B ultrasound excluded uneven endometrial echo, endometrial polyps, and adenomyosis; clinically excluded patients with endometriosis r-AFS stage III or higher; clinically excluded hyperprolactinemia and polycystic ovary syndrome, Abnormal thyroid function and autoimmune diseases.
