Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 59 years; 2. Subjects meeting the indications of micro apical surgery; 3. Subjects with good compliance can participate in the 12-month follow-up; 4. Subjects with good general condition; 5. Subjects who signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases (diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, etc.); 2. Patients with periodontitis and extensive alveolar bone resorption of affected teeth; 3. Subjects of upper and lower second and third molars; 4. Teeth with root fracture or apical microfracture; 5. Teeth with root canal perforation; 6. Teeth with incomplete apical foramen; 7. The root resorbs into the middle of the root or one third of the neck; 8. Subjects who took drugs that may affect the soft tissue state within one month before treatment (such as warfarin and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.); 9. Pregnant or preparing for pregnancy.
