control group:The anesthesia was induced with 0.1mg/kg midazolam

35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 35-70, regardless of gender; 2. Patients of American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-III; 3. Subjects undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are known to be allergic to rimazole besylate or have a history of severe allergy or family history in the past; 2. Patients with long-term use of narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. Opioid dependent or opioid tolerant subjects; 4. Patients with severe lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with serious arrhythmia; 6. Patients with acute myocardial infarction; 7. Subjects of emergency operation; 8. Subjects considered unsuitable for the clinical study.
