Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects over 18 years old; 2. Subjects who are willing to be included in the study and sign the informed consent; 3. Patients who are scheduled for cardiac surgery under general anesthesia (congenital heart disease, valvular disease, aortic dissection, coronary heart disease, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of iron metabolism disorders, such as leukemia, hereditary hemochromatosis, etc; 2. Patients who had received iron or iron chelator treatment within one month before admission; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment, mental retardation, mental retardation, consciousness disorder and hearing impairment who can't cooperate; 5. Patients who refused to join the study; 6. Patients whose expected survival time is less than or equal to 6 months due to other serious diseases; 7. Subjects who have participated in other clinical trials.
