Control group:Experimental transfusion of blood products was performed in the control group according to the traditional coagulation test and bleeding condition
Experimental group:Thromboelastic map was detected in the experimental group after cardiopulmonary bypass reheating (T1) and 5min after protamine neutralization of heparin (T2), and blood product infu

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (meet any of the following conditions) 1. Subjects undergoing severe cyanotic congenital heart disease surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass (preoperative HCT > 0.5); 2. Cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass in neonates ( 4 hours; 4. Patients with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest during operation; 5. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery again.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with preoperative active infection: e.g. sepsis; 2. Subjects who need radiotherapy before operation; 3. Subjects who need in vitro life support before operation; 4. Subjects involved in other clinical studies.
