65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects older than or equal to 65 years old; 2. Subjects with ASA grade I - III; 3. Subjects without abnormal heart, liver and kidney function; 4. Subjects undergoing joint replacement under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, cognitive impairment or myasthenia gravis; 2. Patients with poor preoperative communication due to coma, severe dementia, language disorder or serious disease; 3. Subjects with a history of alcohol abuse or drug abuse; 4. Subjects with poor compliance can not cooperate with the examination; 5. Subjects taking antidepressants for a long time, anticholinergic drugs, anticonvulsants or sedatives.
