Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia; 2. ASA I-II; 3. The age of the patient is 16-65 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Patients and their families can fully understand this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a systemic immune disease; 2. Preoperative combined infection, including but not limited to lung infection, abdominal cavity infection, etc. 3. Accompanied by serious other systemic diseases, such as renal failure, acute myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage/stroke, etc. 4. Allergy to narcotic drugs.
