Control group:No intervention was implemented, and only a Sannoy portable GPRS blood glucose meter (automatically uploaded by Bluetooth) was provided for blood glucose monitoring.
Experimental group:Before the intervention, the patients were educated on the concept of mHealth and instructed on the use methods of portable glucometer for sugar nurses and app for sugar nurses. The

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed according to WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 2. Own a smartphone, can be networked, there are more than three apps on the mobile phone (except for) and often use (more than once a day); 3. Informed consent, willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, communication disorders.

Main metabolic parameters: including glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour blood glucose (2 hPG), body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) and blood pressure (BP).;Educational measures: including diabetes knowledge questionnaire score, diabetes health beliefs questionnaire score and diabetes self-management behavior scale score.;
