20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20-70 years, regardless of gender; 2) Patients with acute spinal cord injury (ASIA grade: B-C) need posterior laminectomy and decompression; 3) Patients fully understand the content and requirements of this clinical study, and can complete the follow-up in accordance with the schedule; 4) Voluntarily participate in clinical verification and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient had a systemic infection or local infection at the target surgical site; 2) Life expectancy was less than one year; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Patients have autoimmune diseases (such as multiple sclerosis, etc.); 5) Participating in other drug or device clinical trials.
