18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Elective surgery for posterior lumbar surgery under general anesthesia, aged 18-80 years, ASA status I/II/III; (2) Without serious visual and auditory disease, be able to do VAS pain score and QOR-40 score; (3) Be willing to participate in this study and sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of lumbar surgery; (2) Severe puncture site infection or structure in ultrasound is unclear; (3) Psychiatric and neurological disorders; (4) History of coagulation dysfunction or hemorrhagic disease; (5) Severe liver dysfunction (>= child-plugh level 3),or severe renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >= 177µmol/L).
